Copyright and takedown

1. Your responsibility

Post only questions, texts, images, audio and video that you created or that you have the right to use. Do not copy another person's test, a textbook or an exam bank without permission.

2. Reporting an infringement

If you believe content on AshQuiz infringes your copyright, use the Report option on the test page or write to the contact details on our Contact page. Please include:

• who you are and how to contact you
• what the protected work is and how you own or represent it
• the exact link to the content on AshQuiz
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed
• a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner

3. What we do

We review reports promptly. If a claim looks valid we may take the content offline and tell the person who posted it, so they can respond.

4. If your content was removed

If you believe content was removed by mistake, write to the contact details on our Contact page with the link and why you have the right to use it. We may restore it if the claim is withdrawn or does not hold.

5. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or close accounts of people who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
